1. Preamble
 

Etronics France (here in after "Etronics";) strives to protect privacy and personal data. Etronics invites all data subjects to read this personal data protection policy.
 

Etronics undertakes to respect and take into account, in particular, the essential principles of the amended law of January 6, 1978 as well as European Regulation 2016/679 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. and the free movement of such data, given the location of its registered office in the European Union and the processing of data concerning residents of the European Union.
 

This privacy policy for the protection of personal data applies to Etronics for all processing (collection, processing, use, dissemination, transfer and storage) of personal data. This policy makes it possible to guarantee, in all countries, a high level of protection of personal data.
 

You may not be concerned by all the situations referred to in this policy, the objective of which is to provide an overview, for all the types of relationships that Etronics may have (customers, external service providers, prospects, etc.).

Etronics collects and processes personal data insofar as:

  • these data are collected in the legitimate interest of Etronics (in particular the promotion of Etronics and the analysis of frequentation of its Internet site).
     

When the processing of the data subject's personal data presupposes their consent, Etronics implements a specific mechanism to collect this consent.
 

2. Collection of your personal data 
 

The categories of data processed vary depending on the purposes for which they are processed. When your data is collected by Etronics by means of a questionnaire/form, we take care to indicate with an asterisk the information collected which is essential ("compulsory") and without which we may not be able to provide the service concerned. .
 

In general, the categories of data processed by Etronics are as follows: identification data (surname, first name, contact details, nationality, etc.), data relating to your centers of interest, email address, of professional life, data relating to payments as well as data relating to the qualifications and experience of job candidates.
 

Most of the data is collected by Etronics directly from the data subjects. However, it is possible that your data has been transmitted to it by business partners of Etronics, in particular partners specializing in the recruitment of job candidates or temporary workers.
 

3. Purposes of personal data processing
